Ford Performance Vehicles has launched on the Australian market two new unique limited-edition models - the FPV GS sedan and the FPV GS Ute. The FPV GS sedan and the FPV GS Ute are powered by a 5.4 liter V8 GT engine that has been modified to output 302kW and 551Nm of torque. Both models are equipped with a six-speed manual transmission. To get the extra juice, the FPV GS sedan and the FPV GS Ute come with twin throttle bodies and intake system of the GT engine, the GT headers and dual exhaust and a recalibrated ECU.
The FPV GS sedan and the FPV GS Ute also feature charcoal cloth interior, FPV GT instrumentation, gear knob, starter button and badging, premium sound system with iPod® and Bluetooth® integration, and dual zone climate control.
The limited edition FPV GS sedan and the FPV GS Ute celebrate the original Falcon GS of 30 years ago with special body graphics and various trim parts.
The FPV GS sedan price is $54,950 and the FPV GS Ute price is $49,950. The cars will be limited to 250 sedans and 75 Utes.
